Monday Choon: Andrew Rayel - Lifeline

The Moldovan DJ and producer Andrew Rayel has been a busy man over the past few years, I've become a big fan of his weekly "Find Your Harmony" podcasts as well in which he plays the latest tracks from prominent producers over a two hour show. His latest track off the Armada label titled "Lifeline" was just released a few weeks ago and already has had almost 200,000 views on YouTube. Picking up where he left off after "Feels Like Home", Andrew moves into a deeper dimension with a vocal cut reminiscent of his timeless 'Everything Everything'. The track which is vocal heavy that drives the bassline and main melody that calls for his unique arms spread and raised to the sky signature move. The track is the title track coming from his forthcoming artist album and if this is any indication of what we can expect from it, then I can't wait to hear the rest.

Monday Choon: Orjan Nilsen & Max Vangeli - Do U Want It

My favourite Viking DJ and producer Orjan Nilsen has been busy in the studio working on new music for a while now. This particular track which he teams up with Moldovan DJ Max Vangeli caught my ear last week. It's a nice mix of house and trance which you don't hear a lot of these days. It's not the hardcore type of stuff that Orjan normally produces but the bassline is a catchy one for sure. The backing vocals are repetitive but works well with the overall flow of the song. It's not a track that's very long but regardless its a cracker of note and a perfect one to sit and reflect the long weekend that was. So turn up the volume and enjoy.
