Monday Choon: David Broaders - Lore

Irish music producer David Broaders who hails from the town of Kilkenny, I'm guessing that is where that delicious creamy ale is produced, has been making electronic music for some time now and over the years seen him supported by the likes of Above & Beyond, Armin van Buuren to name a few. He's been known to make uplifting sonics which are front-and-centre in today's featured track 'Lore' and is another essential trance banger for your listening pleasure. Building on the pristine production of his last single, 'Arka', released earlier this year on Enhanced Progressive, 'Lore' sets phasers to fun with its heady synth melodies, 80s flourishes, and a syncopating, fist-pumping drive. It's a sprint finish as past, present and future converge in a legendary finale of transcendent vocals and symphonic instrumentation

Monday Choon: Above & Beyond - Can’t Sleep [Ruben de Ronde & Elevven Remix]

Returning after a three year hiatus, Anjunabets World returns with the tenth edition of the fan-favourite mixed album series. Following in the footsteps of Anjuna superstars Mat Zo, ARTY, ilan Bluestone and Grum, the tenth instalment in the legendary Anjunabeats Worldwide compilation series leads you to the darkest of dance floors; an underground techno and trance trip courtesy of US-based duo Fatum. Today's chosen track from the album is the remix of a Above & Beyond's track "Can't Sleep" by Ruben de Ronde & Elevven. It takes an already great track and just elevates it with their trance notes and higher BPM. Just the kind of track you need to kick start the week.

Monday Choon: Above & Beyond and Justine Suissa - Almost Home (Above & Beyond Club Mix)

In anticipation of the groups celebration of their 450th episode of the world famous podcast Group Therapy, the guys at Above & Beyond have dropped this pearler of a track. Titled "Almost Home"  this new track features the vocals of talented songstress Justine Suissa of Ocean Lab. The groovy, trancey song has been spiced up with the British trio in their club mix which is definitely going to featured in the massive show they have planned in the next few weeks. With festivals opening up this past week, we saw a flurry of them in the UK especially, most notably Creamfields which saw the Anjunabeats gang have their own stage on Saturday night. After being robbed of their 400th episode celebrations last year, you can imagine how Tony, Pavo and Jono must be itching to get back out there in front of the crowds again and what perfect setting that ABGT450. Anyway, here's the track, its definitely a banger so turn up the volume and enjoy!

Monday Choon: The Thrillseekers - Synaesthesia (UMEK Remix)

UK based DJ and producer Steve Helstrip who is better know for his stage name "The Thrillskeekers" has been around for a little over a decade, his single "Synaethesia" which debuted back in 1999 still proves to be an iconic trance cult classic. Slovenian Dance Music composer and DJ UMEK decided it was time to breathe some fresh air into the track and has released his remix of it. The track still maintains that foot stomping bassline but has a deeper sound to it, with the synths coming in from the background giving the track an uplifting feel about it. The build up is a bit more pronounced now, bringing it up to speed with tracks in this genre at the moment and the drop with the elevated bassline just gets you going. It really is a catchy track and one that should do well with the re-introduction of festivals around Europe this month.

Monday Choon: Sian Evans - Hide U (Tinlicker Remix)

If you're a trance junkie, Kosheen's "Hide U" will be one of your all-time favourite tracks and recently Sian Evans, the Welsh singer from Kosheen re-did the track and we have the epic Tinlicker Remix of it which has been blowing up worldwide since its release on April 9th, even though the track was debuted back in 2019, the Dutch DJ duo took their own sweet time releasing this one but its another great track that is worth the wait. The vocals are just as melodic as the original but with a deeper sound, the whole sound of the track has a reduced tempo and BPM but the build up is one of the best ones I've heard in a long time and if the drop doesn't get you jamming, I don't know what will.
