South Africa's premier Gin Festival hits Durban this long weekend, with the Schweppes Durban Gin Festival. Taking place this Sunday, the 15th of December 2019, at the Hay Store in the Point, festival goers can look forward to some of the countries best gin distillers showcasing their products for you to enjoy. There will also be a host of food trucks, serving up delicious gourmet chow as well as a line up of DJ's to provide the music as the perfect backdrop for a fun filled day out.
Tickets for the Festival are priced at R180 which includes a complimentary glass as well as 3 gin tasting tokens per person. Gates open at 11am and the Festival closes at 8pm. Don't worry about over indulging as the next day is a public holiday!

Some do's and don'ts for the festival:
- Picnic baskets and camping chairs are allowed.
- Food and beverages, cooler boxes as well as animals are not allowed.
Children under the age of 18 accompanied by an adult may enter free of charge.
