Monday Choon: Vanco - Ma Tnsani (feat. Aya) [Tiësto Remix]

 

What is undoubtedly one of the biggest tracks for this years European summer, "Ma Tnsani by South African DJ and producer Vanco who is known for his eclectic style and powerful baselines has been remixed by the Trance legend himself, Tiesto. Now, if you are as shocked as I am to find out this song is by a South African, given how popular its gotten on the internet, mainly thanks to Tik Tok and you know how patriotic us South Africans can get, so it's even more reason to turn up the volume on this banger. 

 

Monday Choon: Protoculture - In Bloom

 

South African record producer and DJ, Nate better known by his stage name Protoculture is no stranger to the world of trance having been producing chart toppers for the better part of the last 10 years. Having been signed on to some of the biggest record labels in the EDM world he continues to produce progressive and uplifting beats that the world loves. He recently dropped his latest single "In Bloom" on his very own label, Marula Music, which is best described as vibrant melodies unfurl and rhythms blossom with lush soundscapes in this latest dance floor odyssey. It's been featured on the biggest trance podcasts from ABGT to ASOT and it's really inspiring to see a local artist getting the recognition they truly deserve on the global stage. 

Monday Choon: Ferry Corsten feat. Lovlee - Out Moon (Protoculture Remix)

 

Ferry Corsten is no stranger to the world of Trance, actually he could be listed as one of the founding members of the movement. His hit track "Fire" featuring vocals from Duran Duran front man Simon Le Bon, still remains one of my all-time favourite songs. Today we have something brand new from the Rotterdam based DJ and producer, its his latest track called "Our Moon" and features the vocals from the lovely Lovlee! The track we have on here though has some local connections as its remixed by none other that South Africa's very own Protoculture! Yes, our Trance DJ export Nate has added his flavour to Ferry's track and has elevated the song to another level. It's hot off the press as it was officially released last week Friday so turn up the volume and enjoy!

Monday Choon: Kyle Watson & Popartlive - Sink Deep (Nora En Pure Remix)

It's the second day of 2017 and the first post of the year for the blog, quite fitting that it all starts with a Monday Choon! While some may be back at work, many are still enjoying pretty much in party mode. It's hard to deny that this summer has seen and increase in Deep House fans, myself being one of them and the number of Deep House parties this summer is a testament to that. The Corona SunSets Festival showcased some of the best in the business, one of the artist whom performed there was none other than SA's very own Kyle Watson. Kyle who collaborated with Popartlive for his hit track 'Don't Talk' which featured on the playlist of many local radio stations found himself back in studio with Popartlive for today's featured track. I first heard the song on Tiesto's Clublife podcast and it caught me offguard but was pretty stoked to hear another South African artist music being played on his show, others include Nora En Pure who did the remix to 'Sink Deep' and is our featured track of the week to kick off 2017.

December is here and we are only days away from the Corona SunSets Festival, continuing with our countdown and artist feature this week, we have  Deniela Niederer better known as Nora En Pure. She is a South African-Swiss deep house producer/ DJ and one of the headliners of the Corona SunSets Festival which is taking place in Camps Bay, Cape Town on the 16th of December. Today's featured track features the vocals of Dani Senior and will seem familiar to many as it has been on the radio as well as featured on the Corona SunSets commercial.
