This cult classic of the early 2000's was one of the hottest tracks in clubs world over, Fragma's "Toca Me" later turned "Toca's Miracle" wasn't just a hot track but had a damn hot music video if I might say so myself. 15 year's on since then, the track has been updated and released again. the re-work done by Dutch power house DJ's Fedde Le Grand and Dannic and features the original vocals by Coco Star on the track. While the original track had that electro house vibe, this latest release has taken a more chilled tone with a deep house melody. The official music video is also out and plays around the popular social media dating app, Tinder. Enjoy!
The mind is like a bucket, filling up with thoughts, idea's all the time. So this will be an insight into my bucket.

Monday Choon: Fedde Le Grand vs Ian Carey - Keep On Rising
Dutch House DJ Fedde Le Grand needs no introduction, ever since his hit track "Put Your Hands Up 4 Detroit" went viral in 2006, he's been one of those DJ's that were always on the scene and one to look out for at any major festivals. No doubt one of his most sort after sets come from Miami Music Week where he is one of the popular artists to play on the Ultra Main Stage, this coming from his other hit track with Nicky Romero, "Sparks". Fedde of recent has been experimenting with some pop culture in his music but one of his most recent releases features the a classic by Ian Carey "Rise" and Fedde has given a make over of this 2008 track.

Ultra Music Festival 2017
It's been 2 weeks since Miami was taken over by the sounds of Electronic, Dance and House music, Miami Music Week 2017 proved to be as usual, bigger and better than the years before and headlining this international acclaimed music event was Ultra Music Festival which has been a firm favourite for many fans of the genre's over the years. Ultra really has been the one music festival that set standards for every other one around the globe and since grown and now finds itself being taken around the world in various countries.
Coming back to the Miami event, the line up was endless and the stages were insane to say the least. You practically had the top 100 DJ's in the world all in one place over one weekend, playing their hottest and latest tracks to crowds of thousands. The lighting and pyrotechnics display that go into the event is next level crazy, even though it is already one of the most highly rated music events in the world, the organizers still go out of their way to make every year bigger and better. It saw a host of new releases from various DJ's and the sets at Ultra are always worth a watch, UMF have released all of the DJ sets to the respective DJ's, all of which were uploaded in HD and we have as link to all of them for you to watch! I've selected some of my favourites for you to watch below.

Monday Choon - Ultra Countdown: Fedde le Grand - Don't Give Up
Fedde le Grand is no stranger to the Ultra Music Festival, he has been a regular at Miami and Europe for a while now and even the song "Sparks" in which he and Nicky Romero collaborated on, was shot entirely at the festival in Miami.
This will be the Dutch DJ's first visit to South African shores as he makes up part of the headliners at Ultra SA 2016. Fedde's popularity grew after his hit single, "Put your hands up for Detroit" hit number when it was released, this weeks featured song I chose from his work in 2014. It's still one of my favourites and was also used in the Miami Ultra after movie for that year. Here is Fedde with "Dont Give Up".

Ultra South Africa 2016 - Additional Line Up
Just when we thought the Ultra South Africa organisers have provided us with the best line up for this years event, they go and spring this on us. As announced today, this years event will also include performances from Fedde le Grand, W&W who return for their second stint at Ultra SA and Claptone! They join the already long line up of global superstars in EDM set to perform in Johannesburg and Cape Town at the end of February this year.
This surprise announcement comes in with just little over six weeks till the main event, and will sure get fans even more excited for whats to come. Fedde le rand, famous for his hit tracks "Put your hands up for Detroit" and "Sparks" is no stranger to Ultra events as he remains a firm favourite with crowds in Miami and Europe, the Dutch DJ's Electro House style is no doubt to be a hit with the local crowd.
The Dutch DJ duo of W&W totally killed it in the first Ultra, their high energy, fast paced hard style trance is certainly an adrenaline building experience and they're coming back to give us more. They're a personal favourite of mine so I will be looking forward to thier set. The masked man who was responsible for some of the hottest deep house tunes of 2015, that is Claptone will also be in attendance.
Also announced today, One day tickets will be available for purchase, for those who cannot attend both days. One day passes are already availabe online from the ticket portal at R790 each. The full artist line up as well as various stage line up was made available today as well. For more information be sure to follow Utra South Africa on their various social media streams.

Monday Choon: Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike - Chattahoochee
Tomorrowland, possibly the worlds biggest party took place in Belgium this weekend. The world's best were present to entertain the crowd which was in excess of 180,000 people. The likes of Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, Hardwell, Nicky Romero, Carl Cox, Fedde le Grand to mention a few and not forgetting the resident DJ's Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike whom are featured this week with their anthem for Tomorrowland as this weeks choon. I managed to catch a few sets from the live broadcast on youtube, the scenes looked insane apart from the torrential down pour on Saturday night. It looked like another epic year in the outskirts of Antwerp and yet again left millions who couldn't attend with a severe case of FOMO.
