Bucket Seat: Sander van Doorn - Golden

 

Dutch DJ and producer Sander van Doorn is back with another banger, this time featuring the American Indie/ Pop band Blondfire in the track "Golden". Erica from Blondfire opens the track with her sultry melodic voice and from there the tempo just has a gradual buildup to a drop that has a hypnotic undertone and fall. It's a great trance track with a bassline line keeps the vibe going throughout the song. It's a bit mellow compared to what we're normally used to from Sander but doesn't take away anything from the track as it is brilliant in its own right. Give a listen and you will see what we mean when we say this track is Golden.

Monday Choon: Tiësto feat. Ou Est Le Swimming Pool – The Feeling

Its Monday and the last thing you want is confusing, tongue twisting names but trust me, this one is worth it! Ou Est Le Swimming Pool, yes that is French for wheres the swimming pool, so it isn't a fancy perfume, they were a band out of Camden, London who released one album back in 2007. Tragic circumstances cause the band to break up in 2010 after the lead singer passed away but the DJ God Tiesto chose to revive one of their songs "The Feeling" and included it in his latest album, A Town Called Paradise. It's not one of the most popular songs from the album but theres someting about it that draws you towards it.
