Monday Choon: Ferry Corsten & Morgan Page feat. Cara Melín - Wounded (Kristian Nairn Remix)

The original track from Ferry Corsten and Morgan Page was featured on the blog not too long ago and was an absolute banger. As mentioned then, its a bit different to what we're used to from Ferry but at the same time it proved to be quite a popular track so much so that Irish Actor and DJ Kristian Nairn decided to Remix it. Kristian more popular from his role as "Hordor" in the hit HBO Series "Game of Thrones", is becoming quite a house hold name in the DJ sphere of recent with him taking to the decks all over Europe. Remixes like this just goes to show that he isn't just popular for his acting career but also a damn good producer. We did feature a stand alone track from him last year and I'm sure this won't be the last time you'll be reading his name on the blog.

Monday Choon: Ferry Corsten & Morgan Page feat. Cara Melín - Wounded

Dutch DJ and producer Ferry Corsten teams up with Morgan Page to bring this weeks featured track, Ferry has been around for a bit and the first song of his that got my attention was "Fire" which featured the vocals from Duran Duran front man Simon Le Bon. This latest track from him "Wounded" has the same flow and melody from Fire but at the same time is a totally different track. This is what I love about music, elements from a song can remind you of another song but still be unique to itself. Wounded features the vocals of Dutch song writer and singer Cara Melin who has done a lot of work in the electronic music industry with her working with some influential names in the business, most notably Bob Sinclar. Wounded is another epic track which I'm sure you're going to enjoy as much as I have.

Monday Choon: Morgan Page & Mark Sixma - Our Song (Orjan Nilsen Remix)

American DJ Morgan Page teamed up with Dutch Trance music producer Mark Sixma for the track "Our Song" which was good but then that Viking Orjan Nilsen decided it needed a bit of a rework and you know when Orjan add's his touch to a track it turns into gold and that is just what happened to this track! The remix was released early August and has had decent airplay since then on the various podcasts, it's a pity festivals are still a shutdown since most countries are still struggling to contain the virus but this would have been a banger at them Best we can do for now is turn up the volume and enjoy it at home!
