Many have decided to just write the year 2020 off and for most parts I don't blame them, its been one hell of a shit show but it's what we make from it that matters I suppose. Some are using the extra time to better themselves, others see the lockdown as a blessing in disguise which is helping them save but there's no doubt its having a major effect on everyone's mental health which is why we're taking a breather today on the blog by giving you, the readers something refreshing to read. LI'm Dominique Wagner, I am 21 years old and I have been with MMM Agency for more than a year now and I have been given opportunities and learning experiences I never would have if they did not sign me. I am your typica Aquarius, I struggle with anxiety and depression, it is something I am trying to overcome. F1 on a Sunday seems to be my new thing! I love kicking my feet up and falling asleep during the race. I am currently working on my BCom Law degree which I will complete by this year November and thereafter looking to immigrate to Dubai next year. I do not have other hobbies besides modeling, which has now picked up as a career... I should probably find one soon.

1. Hot girls and hot cars go hand in hand, what ride would you like to  see yourself in?

• It would depend on the drive... either an Audi R8 or a Chevrolet Bel Air if we are doing a sunset drive.

2. What sandwich are you most likely to make for me? and will it be toasted or plain?

• I love me a good toasted cheese, toasted the traditional way. Butter on the outside of two fresh slices of white bread, with gouda cheese which will be fried in a pan. 

3. Everyone loves popcorn (well I think they do) what is your topping/ sprinkle of choice?

• I am a ride or die salt and vinegar fan... sometimes I burn my taste buds alive at the cinema.

4. Dream cover shoot?

• VOGUE. 

5. If given a choice, full time model or full time executive, what would you choose?

• Full time model, it is a passion of mine, it would be a privilege to have to have that type of opportunity as most people are extremely unhappy with their jobs. Modeling is also hard work do no get me wrong, most people think it' just standing around looking pretty but those people can come chat to me about their energy levels after a three hour shoot.  

6. Growing up you must have had someone you aspired to be, so who is your role model?

• Marilyn Manroe, my mom always had her face all around the house. Recently I was given a vintage magazine from Canada, that my Grandad gave my mom as a souvenir from his visit there. It contains so many unpublished images of Marilyn.

7. Anyone holding that hand yet? or is it available?

• It's complicated, hahaha!.

8. Obviously being a female you would love fashion. Favourite label/ designer?

• I do not have the most expensive taste (yet) but I am loving Pretty Little Thing, Fashon Nova and our very own The Lot. 

9. What type of music gets your booty shaking?

• Hip Hop... anything with or by Nicki Minaj.

10. Which city is your dream party destination?

• It;s a tie between Bali and Ibiza.

Hard to believe that it is the last day of May and we're cutting it fine this month with our featured model. Today's beauty hails from the warm waters of the East Coast and is a budding actress in the making. She's passionate about acting and the fine arts as well as a keen dancer. Apart from those attributes she also is one for sports with Netball being a favourite, and loves old school cars. She make's a mean sandwich which still has me salivating from reading about it, has an abundance of knowledge and is a creative at heart. Hello, I'm Tanielle McCallum, I'd describe myself as a creative, 23 year old woman working her way into the film industry. I knew this was my passion when my life revolved around art and culture throughout my school years. I then pursued my love for film and have just graduated with a degree in it. When I was not obsessing over film, I played netball where I represented my province for more than 5 years in a row. I have also received provincial colours for drama, as well as dancing. 

I am a huge animal lover and have a naughty little Jack Russell named Simba, who is spoilt rotten. I have have two pet rats named Nala and Lola who are often posing for Instagram videos. I enjoy drawing, singing and a few glasses of wine with my close friends (I mean who doesn't enjoy that?).

1. Hot girls and hot cars go hand in hand, what ride would you like to  see yourself in?

• I have and always will be a fan of vintage cars. I'd absolutely love to see myself driving around in an old school Mustang. Any handsome fella want to buy me one?

2. What sandwich are you most likely to make for me? and will it be toasted or plain?

• First of all, the only person I'd be making sandwiches for, are myself ;) It would however, be deliciously filled with avo, grilled chicken, creamy mushrooms, melted cheese and lots of mayo. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

3. Everyone loves popcorn (well I think they do) what is your topping/ sprinkle of choice?

• Popcorn is my absolute facourite. Did you know that popcorn even has its own National Popcorn Day, which is celebrated on the 19th of January!? I don't understand how some people watch a movie without it?! The toppings I ALWAYS use are salt and vinegar with sour cream and chives. To make it even better, I either sprinkle Whispers or Astros on top. Sweet and salty is the only way to eat good popcorn!

4. Dream cover shoot?

• My dream shoot would definitely involve me dressed in beautiful lace clothes, while posing in the town of Mykonos. I have a huge obsession with Greece, even though I've never been there. One day I will live there, happily ever after, but as of now its a goal I'm still trying to achieve.

5. If given a choice, full time model or full time executive, what would you choose?

• If I had the choice, I would definitely choose to be an executive. I am strong and independent person who is also extremely competitive - which I have been from a very young age. I wouldn't be able to take orders form someone else if I knew I could do a better job myself. I am also a perfectionist when it comes to  my work, so if someone who isn't in charge is not up to standard, you can be sure I'll be taking over and doing things my way. 

6. Growing up you must have had someone you aspired to be, so who is your role model?

• When I wasn't trying to be Alexis Ren, I was trying to be like Cara Delevingne. I would dye my eyebrows so dark that I'd often have young children telling I look just like her. As I started to appreciate who I was and what I was capable of I told myself I'd stop trying to be someone and be myself. This doesn't mean I don't still fan girl over them!

7. Anyone holding that hand yet? or is it available?

• Unfortunately no man is holding my hand as of yet. At this very moment I am putting my career and success before any man. If the right one comes along to sweep me of my feet then maybe things will change. My gran always told me to love all and marry none ;)

8. Obviously being a female you would love fashion. Favourite label/ designer?

• I absolutely love fashion! I'm a huge fan of a French man named Jean Paul Gaultier's experimental work. It's amazingly inspiring and makes me want to try crazy, new fashion trends. I would die if I was invited to one of his fashion shows. My favourite part about him is that he used unconventional models for his exhibitions, like older men and full-figured women, pierced and heavily tattooed! The more unique the model is the more unique an image or fashion show will be. 

9. What type of music gets your booty shaking?

• When I was younger I dreamt of being a dancer on Broadway. I put in hours of work into tap, modern, hip hop and ballet and went through many stressful dancing exams. So I would have to say my favourite music is pop, alternative and rap. When I'm in the mood to party techno never seems to fail me.

10. Which city is your dream party destination?

• I would most definitely have to go with Ibiza, Spain- the worlds party capital. Did you know that it's unusual for party-goers, here to stop dancing the night away anytime before 6 a.m? Some clubs stay open as late as 8 a.m!

It's hard to believe we're 5 months down in 2017, but at least we can look forward to the 5th beauty to be featured this year on the blog. We're keeping it really local in May as this months lass hails from the warm shores of the East Coast. She is a go-getter, entrepreneur and business woman. • That's true, I would like to see myself in the limited edition Bugatti Veyron by Mansory Vibere (I like them fast).

• Both of my parents came from absolutely nothing and both became self made millionaires in their own right. I aspire to be like them .

• I have a boyfriend, he's a professional rugby player. I love a strong athlete.

• I am obsessed with Dolce & Gabbana, they set the trends and other designers follow suit. D&G define the luxury lifestyle of fashion and I hope to do with same with my swimwear.

• I love hip hop, rap and R&B. I can be quite gangster (LOL I wish).

10. Which city is your dream party destination?

• I'm a huge party girl so I would definitely want to go to Ibiza or Las Vegas (cliche I know!)

The month of long weekends and short working weeks are a thing of the past and we now have to wait till June for our next one, don't be sad though, we're here to cheer you up and we got just the right thing, the Bucket Babe! Today's featured model hails from the sunny skies and warm waters of Durban and although young, she has accomplished quite a lot in her career so far. Apart from being a professional dancer, she has also featured as one of the flasher girls for the Sharks Rugby franchise, did a lot of promotional work as well as recently started her modeling career. We're glad we're one of the first to feature this stunner and can foresee her going far in this industry.

• A white Mclaren MP4-12C-. the ultimate dream car.

• Toasted bacon, cheese and tomato, my personal favourite!

6. Growing up you must have had someone you aspired to be, so who is your role model?

• I've had many different role models in different areas of my life, Guiliana Rancic, Misty Copeland, Richard Branson, Chiara Ferrangi and especially my parents. These people have all inspired me in some way throughout the years.

• Yes. I'm taken by Mr Michael MacKenzie and my heart could not be happier. I'm extremely lucky to be dating my best friend. .

8. Obviously being a female you would love fashion. Favourite label/ designer?

• Alxeander Mqueen - completely outrageous and always breaking the boudaries when it comes to fashion, especially when it comes to runway..

9. What type of music gets your booty shaking?

• I love anything that has a feel good beat - tropical house is a winner! 

10. Which city is your dream party destination?

• Would love to tick a few places off my list - definitely Miami, Ibiza, Philippines, Cyprus, Rio and Croatia.

As we descend upon the Easter festivities and be thankful for the 4 day weekend, much so we can party all night and sleep all day, we have something else to keep you occupied over the long weekend. As you know we bring you the hottest ladies that South Africa has to offer and today's featured model is so hot, her hair is actually red. Okay that was lame, our flaming red head this week is none other than Daisy May, her bubbly persona is evident in her writing and her walks in life has taught her a lot so far and she's ready to take on any challenge. Anyway, less from me and more from her! by the way, Daisy is taking part in the WorldSwimsuit Model Search competition, so lets do the right thing and vote to see her get featured in this years issue, voting links can be found below.

Daisy has this life thing sewn up. The Paarl-born fashion maven grew up in Somerset West wondering: just how much can you wring from the world? So she put it to the test. 

Teaching English in Bangkok? Check. Selling real estate in London's fabled Notting Hill? Yep! Co-founding a super-successful retail food chain with her father? Sure thing! Descending on Antarctica at the helm of an icebreaker? Well, obviously. Inventing a time machine and hunting velociraptors in the Cretaceous Period? Okay maybe not that. But one day. Sigh.

Now, over 29 countries worth of travelling later, she has come back to an old flame: fashion. Daisy was exposed early to the sartorial world, having started modelling when she was young. She soon found she had as much of a flair for the goings-on behind the camera as she did for being in front of it. Realising she had a wealth of ideas that nobody else was capturing, she started putting together photo shoots and gathering the experience required to be a creative director. 

You can see where this is heading, can't you? Her travels having fully stocked her creativity silos, Daisy decided it was time to start a completely new venture that would give her the airspace to combine her writing, creativity, modelling, business acumen and love for fashion, travel and interior design - not to mention her uncanny instinct for the shifting currents of trend. And thanks to her extensive journeying, she has a comprehensive mind-library of cultural expertise to draw on throughout.

So it was that Real Life Styled was born: a platform where fashion, decor and lifestyle could come together into a glossy magazine with heart and a pulse. I'm Daisy May, a model and actress from Cape Town, South Africa. I've been in the industry since I was 16 and been lucky enough to travel the world and work with many famous faces.

I like to keep busy and motivated so I'm always busy with lots of different projects alongside my modeling and acting.  Last year I started up my blog, Real Life Styled. Its been an amazing journey and I even managed to shoot a story in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm a very visual person so its been great story boarding and styling my own ideas as well as using my business side to hustle and give Real Life Styled the platform it deserves.

This year has kicked off with a bang, I've been working loads and getting more and more into my acting. I love being able to play different roles and become a different character. I've started filming for a new post apocalyptic series called Spelonk, so keep an eye out for this redheaded rebel girl.

I've also entered the WorldSwimsuit Model Search which is something I wouldn't normally do. I'm not one of those people who enters beauty competitions but I've always loved the publication and I think it is an amazing opportunity so I couldn't help myself but drive in head first.

• I love vintage cars, I'm currently driving a BMW Z3 M Series but my ultimate car right now would be an Aston Martin DB10.

2. What sandwich are you most likely to make for me? and will it be toasted or plain?

• I love cheese so it would have to be an American styled grilled cheese toasted sandwich. If you're lucky, you'll get some crispy bacon and caramelised banana on that. 

3. Everyone loves popcorn (well I think they do) what is your topping/ sprinkle of choice?

• I'm definitely a plain salted girl. I always end up putting too much salt on my popcorn so if we go to the cinema, you'll have to sprinkle my popcorn for me before I shrivel up in front of the big screen.

4. Dream cover shoot?

• It would have to be the cover of WorldSwimsuit. It's always been a dream of mine to be featured in the magazine so to get the cover would be like winning the lottery.

5. If given a choice, full time model or full time executive, what would you choose?

• Full time model, because I get to travel the world, wear the most beautiful clothing and meet such interesting people. I never wake up bored because you never know what you're going to be doing on set the next day. It really is so much fun.

6. Growing up you must have had someone you aspired to be, so who is your role model?

• My role model has always been my dad. I've been lucky enough to grow up in a loving family where my parents are still very happily married. My dad has worked incredibly hard to give us the life we have today and I can only strive to be as good a person as he is and have the success the has. He has always done things the right way and been very successful. I hope to achieve my dreams by being a warm and caring person and helping others along the way so that at the end of the day I have a lot of good friends to celebrate my success with.

7. Anyone holding that hand yet? or is it available?

• I have the most amazing boyfriend. I am incredibly lucky to have the very talented singer/ song writer Michael Lowman as my partner in this life. And yes, he does sing to me from time to time, hehehe.

8. Obviously being a female you would love fashion. Favourite label/ designer?

• I am totally in love with Valentino's latest collection but my go-to-brand is the American label Free People, it's a bohemian gypsy style which is totally up my alley.

9. What type of music gets your booty shaking?

• I like all different types of music. It depends on my mood. I'm currently listening to Halsey which is amazing, you've got to give it a listen. Also my boyfriend is finishing up his latest album so there is a lot of that playing in our house. 

10. Which city is your dream party destination?

• I love cities so it would have to be New York or Tokyo, I'm hoping to go there again this year so who knows maybe I'll get in a sneaky party.
