Monday Choon: BT - Flaming June (PARAFRAME Remix)

 

BT is one of those cult DJ's in the industry that has a tendency to produce some epic bangers every now and then, his track Flaming June was one of them when it came out in 1997 and there has been various remixes and revivals of the track ever since, many of which don't hit that praise the track richly deserves. But there does come the odd occasion like today, where Frankfurt based DJ and producer PARAFRAME has taken the track and given it an epic revival which his remix of Flaming June. It's been featured on a few podcasts, most prominently ABGT and deservedly so, turn the volume up for this one. 

Monday Choon: Maor Levi & BT feat. Nation Of One – Here

Israeli DJ and producer Moar Levi teams up with legend DJ BT on this weeks featured track "Here". Released on Armind Records, this track follows a few vocal tracks from the DJ, teaming up with BT and also Nation of One, this track is nothing short of sublime. The vocals are radiant, the sound is deep with a high first-pumping baseline that gives off the old club thumping feeling. The track will hit home to the old school ravers, with melodies that hard back to the best trance music of the past but also as a reminder to say that this time of music is still well and live in the industry. Monday Choon: BT and Arty feat Nadia Ali - Must Be TheLove

When three of my favourite artists work on one track it either can go horribly wrong or brilliantly well, thankfully for more me it is the latter. BT the legend of the dance industry and Arty the relatively new boy on the scene from Russia combined their talents to produce this track and added the sultry voice of the sexy Nadia Ali to give it that edge it needed to be a chart topper. It was the opening track to ASOT 579 and has already recieved raved reviews and requests world over.
