Monday Choon: Myon feat. Alissa Feudo - Moon (Myon Hard Club Mix)

 

I'll be honest, I didn't even listen to the song before writing this post but such is the nature of the tracks when these two artist combine their talents. There's just something special between Myon and Alissa Feudo and no one can deny that anything they create is just magic. Today's featured track "Moon" was released at the beginning of the month but the original, while great in its own right, is a mellow track so Myon decided to create a hard club mix of the track and wow, it is just fantastic. It harks back to some of their other works like Omen in the Rain and Darkest Light. Alissa's vocals will again have you captivated in her melodic charms while the melodic beats from Myon makes the entire experience wholesome. It's a fantastic track by the pair and its' already achieved some great success around the web, so you will be hearing this track a lot in the up coming European party season. 

Monday Choon: Steve Brian ft. RENE - Sweet Little Lies (Myon Summer of Love Remix)

Myon's Summer of Love Remixes are a thing of beauty and this particular one is no different. He's taken Steven Brian's track "Sweet Little Lies" and elevated the sounds as he normally does, to make the track even more epic than the original. The melodic sounds with the up tempo beats is not only catchy but also resonates with you on a deeper level. Here it is, turn it up and enjoy!

Monday Choon: Myon featuring Nikol Apatini - Ghost Town

 

It's no secret I'm a big fan of Hungarian DJ and Producer Myon and while his work with Alissa Feudo always is always added to my playlist, this time round there's another vocalist that's equally as great as Alissa on his work. Ghost Town is his first track in over a year, featuring the vocals of Nikol Apatini, this track is vintage Myon. Just like the name suggest, "Ghost Town" has a haunting undertone with a steady bassline line and build up. The soothing vocals just elevate the track to another level, the drop is accentuated by the added melodies and eerie background chimes. It's another great track from Myon who has more work due to release this year, if its anything like this we are in for a treat!

 

Monday Choon: Farius - Forever (Myon Summer Of Love Mix)

 

Farius released his track "Forever" about 5 months back and since then its been getting a decent amount of airplay but recently, Myon released his Summer of Love Mix version of the track and for me, personally has elevated the track as a whole into another dimension, making it sound even better. Then again, anything from Myon to me is good as gold but it's been a while since I've heard a remix from him. The track has a faster BPM than the original, giving it a much more summer feel and beat to it, strange seeing that Europe is heading into winter but us down in the Southern Hemisphere will take it gladly. It's a great track that gets you in the mood, whether at a party or just chilling, so turn up the volume and enjoy. 

Monday Choon: Myon feat. Alissa Feudo - The Darkest Light (Myon Club Mix)

When 'Perfect Ghost' was released last year, I mentioned that this duo fo Myon and Alissa Feudo could be the greatest paring of DJ and vocalist in current EDM times, they proving me right with their latest release, The Darkest Light. The synergy between the two of them is nothing short of incredible, their music just flows where it be the electronic beats from Myon to the angelic voice of Alissa. The Darkest Light follows the same symphony we used to from the pair, elegantly put together with the right about of mellowness with the gradual build up followed by the drop, it ties up to make on beautiful track. The featured track today is Myon's Club Mix, so it does have a bit faster BPM with added oomf but all in all a splendid track from Myon and Alissa, looking forward to their next colab. 

Monday Choon: DT8 Project - Carry On (Myon Return To 95 Mix)

English DJ and producer Darren Tate better known as DT8 Project had his track "Carry On" tweaked a bit by one of our favourites Myon in his "Return to 95 Mix". The track was debuted at ABGT350 in Prague by Above and Beyond themselves. The track has this very old school trance vibe which seems to be making a big come back at the moment. The drop has some elements of hard style but not too hard, if that makes any sense at all. The vocals and beat synths are done to perfection and it is one track that can definitely get you listening to it on repeat. It's just one of the tracks from ABGT350 that we will be featuring on the blog. There's loads of ID's which were played, that are amazing, we're just waiting impatiently for them to be released now. 

Monday Choon: Myon feat. Icon - Cold Summer

Myon is back with yet another stellar production, this time round featuring Icon titled "Cold Summer" . His music style is one his fans describe as emotional and captivating and when you listen to the songs it does exactly that. It has so much soul and presence that it captures your senses and feelings at the same time. The melodies are well balanced and controlled, the flow is smooth with no harsh stops or drops, really a great production of the trance genre. 

Monday Choon: Myon feat. Alissa Feudo - Perfect Ghost (Myon Club Mix)

The guys down at Anjunabeats were not joking when they said there's a lot that is cooking in the Anjuna kitchen as week after week they're releasing some cracking music. Last week we had Ilan Bluestone with his new one, this week we bring you a track that's been on our track list for some time now. You will fall in love with this song as soon as you hear it, as did we when Above & Beyond played it at ABGT300 in Hong Kong. It's a colab that is becoming to be one that should happen more often if they produce tracks of this quality, Myon teams up with Alissa Feudo who in my opinion has the best voice for trance music. Her voice is chilling and will have the hairs on the back of your neck standing, Omen in the Rain was the first time we heard these two produce something and if the success of that track is anything, today's featured track "Perfect Ghost" will do even better. It's really one of those tracks you can listen to over and over and not get tired off.
