Monday Choon: Dom Dolla - “Dreamin” ft. Daya

Safe to say Dom Dolla has surpassed Fisher in terms of our favourite DJ from down under, while their styles are completely different, Dom's music has a broader appeal and he's being dropping bomb after bomb. Today's featured track by him was teased in his sets late last year and also on his TikTok page, with fans begging for a release date. In true Dom fashion, he made is wait until last week to release it. "Dreamin" featuring Daya is another epic track from the Aussie producer, with a catchy bass line the vocals being the main focus with multiple synths and sounds that continue to build the track. The added piano bit towards the end is masterful as it helps with the character of the track. Like I said, its another certified banger from Dom and definitely one I'll be playing on repeat for a white.

Monday Choon: Jaytech - Limbo

Australian producer and DJ Jaytech recently dropped his "Next Level" EP which features a collection of his latest work but the first track on the EP titled "Limbo" was the one that caught me as its a classic of what we expect from him, hitting all the right notes, with a catchy vocal and high tempo bass line. Having  over 40 releases across Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep, Jaytech is a common name if you're a fan of the label. The EP which features two stomping progressive house tracks alongside a disco house-tinted remix of ‘Nebula’ from Friday Afternoon Club. 'Limbo' shows fans one side of Jaytech’s staple upbeat sound, while 'Next Level' brings heavy kicks and basslines to the dance floor.

Monday Choon: Fisher x Kit Alexander - Atmosphere

Fisher just dropped his second track that made waves from Coachella earlier this year, Atmosphere featuring Australian vocalist Kita Alexander was another hit ID that everyone talking and trending on social media. It's a bit different from "Take If Off" which dropped last month, where that one was a more vibey energetic track with a hard bass line and catchy lyrics while Atmosphere brings a fusion of two spectrum's with Fishers energetic and rhythmic production style and soaring vocals from Kita, its a brilliant collaboration where the euphoric sounds mate well with the melodic vocals that extend to the drop which is exhilarating in its delivery. It's everything we expect from the ever enthusiastic Fisher and something we don't which is what makes this track so so good. We hope you like it as much as we do so turn it up and enjoy!

Monday Choon: FISHER x AATIG - Take It Off

What was probably the song of Coachella 2023, that mad hatter from Australia Fisher has finally dropped this banger ID which had crowds at all the festivals since going crazy. Not to mention him running around stage like a lunatic, but that is why we love him. The song titlee "Take it off" features the vocals of Aatig who released her first single "In The Yuma" with English DJ and producer Chris Lake last November, the track was also remix by Four Tet since. So it's been quite a ride for the vocalist and with this track just blowing up all over the place, she's bound to be getting quite a lot of calls now. The track is a typical high energy Fisher track with big bass lines and techno vibe that gets the crowd grooving from the first second. Definitely a banger for the Northern Hemisphere summer, so turn up the volume and enjoy!

Monday Choon: Ashley Wallbridge - Arena

Australian DJ and producer Ashley Wallbrigde has been busy over the past few months in the studio with new work and one of them we have on the blog for you today. "Arena" is the latest release from him and its a typical track from Ashley that we've come to love over the years from him. His style being a mixture of uplifting and melodic trance has that high energy beat which why he is always a firm favourite when any festival is on. If your knowledge on trance music is good, you'd recognize the intro of the track, from D-Mad - She Gave Me Happiness (Arty Remix), but they way he blended it in to work with the rest of the track is just magic. It's already a favourite of mine and has been added to my playlist so hopefully you guys will like it just as much.

Monday Choon: Will Sparks - Cumon

28 year old Melbourne DJ and Producer Will Sparks has been around in the electronic dance music world for a while, best known for his hit single in 2013 "Bring it back" with Joel Fletcher. Signed onto Armada music, Will has been producing some bangers down under but today's featured track harks back some nostalgic memories for hard trance goers and certainly raises the blood pressure levels making you want to hit the week hard. "Cumon" which was released at the beginning of the month has already garnered quite a bit of interest in the Trance circles and for me, the beat reminds me a lot of Tiesto's Flight 643 which was a proper banger, this track being much deeper, a bit slower and no shortage of that heavy bass undertones. If you're a fan of ferocious techno beats and hard stomping kick drum bass, you're going to want to turn up the volume to this one.
