Alex Klingle, the Vancouver based composer and sound designer as he likes to be known as is our featured artist for this week. While his name might not be the most popular around he has done some mighty impressive stuff over the years including creating custom music for the Fast and Furious movie franchise. His track Colors Back has been quite a hit on most podcasts over the months but Chile based DJ Paul Arcane has added his own unique twist to it to make it a little bit more trancy, is that even a word? The remix has added great elements to the original, uplifting the feel and melody giving it a good overall sound, the remix was release last week Friday so it is still fresh, so turn up the volume and enjoy!
The mind is like a bucket, filling up with thoughts, idea's all the time. So this will be an insight into my bucket.

Monday Choon: Somna & BLU EYES - More (LTN Remix)
Something a little different on the feature today, more soulful trance track brought to you by one of Canada's leading trance DJ's and producers Somna. Occupying the number 65 spot on DJ Mag top 100 he has had his music featured on many of the house hold names in EDM including Armada Music, Future Sound of Egypt, Black Hole Recordings and such. Today's track was released on AVA Recordings and has been remixed by LTN, the original track is beautiful but might be considered a bit slow so Indonesia's LTN gave it a breath of fresh air but still keeps the romantic essence of the track. Really beautiful track and a perfect way to get the week going.

Monday Choon: Sultan + Shepard - American Dream
Who could forget that timeless classic by Jakatta which was released in 2002, American Dream. Well Canadian electronic duo Sultan + Shepard have given that track a much needed remake and dropped it last week. While some classics are best left alone, I feel like they've given the track much respect by not changing a lot but at the same time bringing it up to speed with the sounds we're used to hearing today. The beat and tempo has certainly stepped up a notch and they've added some classy sounds to the mix which make the track aural pleasure.
