Monday Choon: Bassjackers - Snatch

It's been a while since we had some hard style featured on the blog, what better way to get it than with the Bassjackers. Coming off tours at Tomorrowland and Untold Festivals, the Dutch DJ duo consisting of Marlon Flohr and Ralph van Hilst have released this new banger which featured scenes from  their tours in Asia as well as Tomorrowland. The song is very true to their style with a great back track and melody with drops of epic proportions. A perfect banger for the European summer.

Monday Choon: CID & VINNE - Take Your Place

Grammy awarding winning DJ Carlos Cid better known as CID has teamed up with Vinne for his latest track "Take Your Place". It's a great mix of progressive and future house with lots of bass and high pitch transitions and synths. Perfect sort of track to give you a boost of adrenaline when you need it. The song is proving to be quite a hit as well, being played on various podcasts and DJ sets. It's released on Tiesto's Musical Freedom Label and published by the guys at Spinnin', definitely a banger track of note. 

Monday Choon: Big Pineapple - Another Chance (Don Diablo Edit)

Starting off this Monday with some new music that will be familiar to many dance music fans from the late 90's and early 2000's but whats intriguing about this is the artist. It's a mysterious new character with a Pineapple head, known as "Big Pineapple" and he's being brought out by none other than Don Diablo. Now we're not sure if this is an alter ego of Don's or an entirely new artist but the story given in the caption of the music video on YouTube is anything to go by, Don is making it seem like he is entirely a new DJ. The music shows the both of them touring India with Big Pineapple not doing much. The track "Another Chance" is a rework of the 2001 hit by Roger Sanchez, it's superbly done and Done has added his classy touch with his Future House sounds to it in the edit. 

Monday Choon: Loud Luxury ft. Nikki's Wives - Show Me

I'm a big fan of the duo Loud Luxury, they've hit the scene relatively recently and are doing great things. They signed on to Tiesto's deep house record label AFTR:HRS after featuring quite a bit in the sets created by him. This latest offering features the vocals of Nikki's Wives and has that same chilled beat with deep base which is becoming their signature for songs. The music video also was recently released and features Ron Jeremy, who is a legend in his own right for starring in many many adult movies, but not to worry, there was no exposing in the video which we have for you today. 

Monday Choon: Going Deeper - Explorer

Even though this genre has been around for the better part of 7 years now, Future House still remains relatively unknown but that's slowly changing with many of the big name producers and DJ's not only playing these tracks but also sampling it with their productions as well. What is Future House though? Well the Google meaning is, it's a fusion of Deep House (which has just blown over the past 2 years) and EDM (which is still a firm favourite for many), so in fusing these two already well supported genre's it could only make it more better right? Well at the moment Future House may not go down well with everyone but most of the fans are really enjoying it, I for one am as well. These week's track is by Goingdeeper, no that's not the name of the track, that is the name of the artist and the song is called "explorer", it was the opening track on Tiesto's Clublife 526 and I instantly took a liking to it. 

Monday Choon: Tiësto & KSHMR - Harder ft.Talay Riley

This song has been stuck in my head for most of the weekend, its the new one by Tiesto and KSHMR and while it's not officially released yet there are many fan made videos on YouTube, the video below is taken from his live set at Ultra Miami. It's a brilliant track and I can't see the Dutch maestro out doing himself this year with any other song. It was first played at Ultra Miami during his sunset set where he had KSHMR join him on stage. I'm not sure when the song will be released officially but judging by the reception its getting already, its sure to be a chart topper, listen to it for yourself then you'll know why 

Bucket Seat: Mike Williams ft. Brēzy - Don't Hurt

This young talented DJ and producer from Netherlands was featured a while back on the blog with his track that he collaborated with Tiesto. Mike Williams since then has been slowly gaining success on his own accord and his latest track featuring Brezy has shot up to number one in the Beatport Future House Chart. It's a great song with a mixture of deep house and techno, with the vocals just elevating it to a new level. He really does seem to be the next big thing coming out of the Netherlands with many of the legends in the industry tipping him so, so we'll keep a close eye on him.
